A joy of a dog looking for affection and love

Chaplin arrived to a northern pound a couple of months ago and is struggling in the pound. He is a very sociable, playful  dog but he is also very stressed at being there surrounded by other dogs that do not stop barking.

He makes the biggest of shows every time a human approaches his kennels jumping as high as he can and asking to be rescued.

His eyes are full of tears and he is  literally crying to leave the pound. So this is a dog that needs to be out of the pound and in a calm environment so he can show us his full potential.

He is small to medium and is stunningly beautiful. We would love to see him out of the pound and enjoying his first Christmas in a home. if you are looking to help a dog in need, please help Chaplin.

Give him a home and he will be your best friend

Amigo arrived at the pound in March 2018 and was approximately 9 years old on arrival. He is a large male Labrador who was handed into the pound by his owner.

Height: approximately 65cm  Weight: approximately 35kg

Another loyal companion dumped at the pound during his twilight years. Who knows why. Maybe he got in the way, maybe they bought a younger version, maybe they got bored of him. What we do know is that poor Amigo does not deserve to be in the pound and is finding the whole situation very stressful and traumatic. He is a large, strong dog who will need to be placed with someone with experience. But he is a good boy and should be easy to train and really all he wants is to play, go for walks, eat, sleep and cuddle. Not too much to ask considering what he will give back in return.
