Elsa, this princess is looking for a home
Elsa is a beautiful and striking young female mastin cross who was collected from the streets with her sister Anne. She arrived at the pound very young, barely a puppy and she and her sister were really scared on arrival. We think they may have been left to fend for themselves without much love or compassion in their young lives.
Height: approximately 60cm Weight: approximately 35kg
Elsa would ideally be adopted together with her sister Anne. However, she can also go to a home with another dog that will give her the trust and confidence she needs. We will aim to time her travel if adopted so she leave at the same time as her sister so she is not left behind.
We are looking for an adopter that has another dog, is experienced so can work with Elsa and help her become a very confident dog. Alternatively, an adopter who has experience and would be happy to help Elsa and her sister.
In addition to a beautiful personality Elsa and her sister are both striking dogs, with a grey like colour that is quite unique and the photos do not show how beautiful she really is.
Please help this young dog to have the life she deserves, full of understanding, compassion, and love

Give him a home and he will be your best friend
Amigo arrived at the pound in March 2018 and was approximately 9 years old on arrival. He is a large male Labrador who was handed into the pound by his owner.
Height: approximately 65cm Weight: approximately 35kg
Another loyal companion dumped at the pound during his twilight years. Who knows why. Maybe he got in the way, maybe they bought a younger version, maybe they got bored of him. What we do know is that poor Amigo does not deserve to be in the pound and is finding the whole situation very stressful and traumatic. He is a large, strong dog who will need to be placed with someone with experience. But he is a good boy and should be easy to train and really all he wants is to play, go for walks, eat, sleep and cuddle. Not too much to ask considering what he will give back in return.
