BOY – SWEET, INTELLIGENT AND GORGEOUS

This larger than life bundle of gorgeousness is such a good boy.

Very sadly his adopter has made the difficult decision to return Boy so that we can find him a home that better suits his needs.

Boy is very intelligent and learns things very quickly – he already knows sit and bed.  He is very friendly with dogs and people, has never shown any aggression and is very sweet natured.  He like a fuss despite affection being new to him.  He settles well in his crate and feels safe there.  He is housetrained and hasn’t had any accidents.  We think he would like an active household as he loves being outdoors and would like to be taken on long walks.  He walks nicely on a lead, but loves to run and is very fast and agile, although his recall needs some work. He would also like someone to be home with him most of the day as he has some separation anxiety but this has improved whilst in his current home.   He has been known to jump fences, so would need a secure garden with high fences.  He has tried to escape to get to the sheep in the field next door and this is the reason his adopters are sadly parting with him.  He seems quite young and still a bit ‘puppyish’ and needs someone to work with him on adjusting to life as a pet and helping with his anxieties.  He is a lovely dog and we hope someone will love him and give him the wonderful home he deserves.  His adopters are very sad to let him go but feel he will be happier and more settled in a different environment.
