JAKE – READY TO BE LOVED

Sweet little Jake is a very timid boy who is looking for a family experienced with fearful dogs and with other friendly dogs. He is a curious little dog who has obviously not had any human attention before but he’s starting to believe that humans may be alright. When he is with other dogs, he will approach fro a little chin stroke and when he’s behind the fence he will come running for a little sniff and lick. However, when he is on his own, he’s still not quite sure and will sniff and then back off. With lots of treats and love, we are sure this will soon change and he will become a little lap dog. We believe that Jake may have been in an accident as he has an injury to his spine that has healed itself and cannot be operated on. This does not stop him leading a normal life and he is starting to learn now to walk on the lead.

Jake is available for adoption in Germany, UK, Sweden, Finland, Holland, Spain and many other countries. Homecheck and adoption fee apply. Adoption fee includes neutering, passport, microchip, all vaccinations, blood tests to screen for diseases, worm and flea treatment.
Adoption cost in Spain (if no transport required) 155€ for males and €165 for females. Adoption costs to the UK £390, this includes all DEFRA paperwork and transport by DEFRA registered carrier(using the TRACES system) by road direct to your door. We sort all the arrangements for you.

Give him a home and he will be your best friend

Amigo arrived at the pound in March 2018 and was approximately 9 years old on arrival. He is a large male Labrador who was handed into the pound by his owner.

Height: approximately 65cm  Weight: approximately 35kg

Another loyal companion dumped at the pound during his twilight years. Who knows why. Maybe he got in the way, maybe they bought a younger version, maybe they got bored of him. What we do know is that poor Amigo does not deserve to be in the pound and is finding the whole situation very stressful and traumatic. He is a large, strong dog who will need to be placed with someone with experience. But he is a good boy and should be easy to train and really all he wants is to play, go for walks, eat, sleep and cuddle. Not too much to ask considering what he will give back in return.
