Naima – A Gentle Soul in Need of Love
Naima is a delicate and beautiful little girl, estimated to be around three years old. With her soulful, sad eyes, she immediately captures your heart. Though we don’t know the details of her past, it’s clear that life hasn’t been easy for her.
Since her arrival at the pound, Naima has shown herself to be a timid girl who is still learning to trust people. She prefers to keep her distance and isn’t ready for cuddles just yet. However, she gets along well with other dogs and currently shares her cage with another furry friend. She’s also been good around the dogs she has met so far.
We are confident that with time, patience, and kindness, Naima will begin to realize that she is safe and loved. Her journey towards confidence and trust has only just begun, but we are already seeing glimmers of hope in her gentle nature.
Naima will need a home with people who can offer her plenty of time, understanding, and a safe space to continue blossoming at her own pace, preferably with another friendly dog.
If you have the heart and patience to give this sweet girl a second chance, Naima will surely reward you with her quiet, unique beauty.
Could you be the one to show Naima that the world can be kind?
Naima is available for adoption in the UK. Homecheck and adoption fee apply. Adoption fee includes neutering, passport, microchip, all vaccinations, blood tests to screen for diseases, worm and flea treatment. Adoption cost in Spain (if no transport required) 155€ for males and €165 for females.
Adoption costs to the UK are £570. This includes all DEFRA paperwork and transport by DEFRA registered carrier ( using the TRACES system) direct to your door, except London, within the M25 motorway, Highlands of Scotland beyond Perth, and all off islands (if we cannot deliver direct, a mutually convenient meeting place will be arranged). We sort out all the arrangements and delivery/ meeting times will be advised in advance by the transporter.
For dogs brought to the UK by SSDUK to go initially into foster care, adopters will still be required to pay the full adoption fee of £570 to cover the above expenses.
In some cases, for example a failed adoption of a dog already in the UK, the fee may be reduced to £320 where the initial transport costs from Spain have already been met. This is to cover transport within the UK, kennel fees and any checks required.
