NINO – LOOKING FOR A PLAYMATE?

Well Nino is definitely your man. This boy is larger than life and just loves to play. He enjoys rough and tumble both with other dogs and humans. He is a real attention seeker and definitely not a shy and retiring type. He’s up for anything and walks well on the lead. He would either love to be an only dog or have an equally large playful furry friend to burn his energy with.

Amigo arrived at the pound in March 2018 and was approximately 9 years old on arrival. He is a large male Labrador who was handed into the pound by his owner.

Height: approximately 65cm  Weight: approximately 35kg

Another loyal companion dumped at the pound during his twilight years. Who knows why. Maybe he got in the way, maybe they bought a younger version, maybe they got bored of him. What we do know is that poor Amigo does not deserve to be in the pound and is finding the whole situation very stressful and traumatic. He is a large, strong dog who will need to be placed with someone with experience. But he is a good boy and should be easy to train and really all he wants is to play, go for walks, eat, sleep and cuddle. Not too much to ask considering what he will give back in return.
