Ralph
Ralph and Andrew arrived together and we believe they are brothers. These two stunning boys are gentle giants who adore people and get along famously with other dogs.
Ralph is a true hugger! He absolutely adores hugging and cuddling. When he stands on his hind legs and puts his front paws on your shoulders, he towers tall—he’s quite a sight! Yet, he’s incredibly gentle and sweet; all he wants is to lean into you and receive a big hug in return.
Ralph shares a cage with Andrew and another female companion. During their daily break, they eagerly join other big dogs out on the patio where Ralph loves to play and socialize. He’s also taken a liking to going out on walks and is improving on the lead—he’s a big, strong boy who enjoys his outings.
He dreams of a loving home with plenty of space for a huge dog like him, ideally with some outdoor area where he can stretch his legs. Could you be the one to give Ralph the home he longs for, filled with love and room to roam?
Ralph is available for adoption in the UK. Homecheck and adoption fee apply. Adoption fee includes neutering, passport, microchip, all vaccinations, blood tests to screen for diseases, worm and flea treatment. Adoption cost in Spain (if no transport required) 155€ for males and €165 for females.
Adoption costs to the UK are £570. This includes all DEFRA paperwork and transport by DEFRA registered carrier ( using the TRACES system) direct to your door, except London, within the M25 motorway, Highlands of Scotland beyond Perth, and all off islands (if we cannot deliver direct, a mutually convenient meeting place will be arranged). We sort out all the arrangements and delivery/ meeting times will be advised in advance by the transporter.
For dogs brought to the UK by SSDUK to go initially into foster care, adopters will still be required to pay the full adoption fee of £570 to cover the above expenses.
In some cases, for example a failed adoption of a dog already in the UK, the fee may be reduced to £320 where the initial transport costs from Spain have already been met. This is to cover transport within the UK, kennel fees and any checks required.
